VARL FLUX checkpoints

This repository contains modified transformer checkpoints derived from black-forest-labs/FLUX.1-dev.

Files

• flux_varl.safetensors: use for standard inference with 50 inference steps and CFG 3.5.
• flux_varl_merge.safetensors: use for accelerated inference with 8 inference steps and CFG 3.0.
• MANIFEST.json: file sizes, SHA-256 checksums, and inference settings.

These are transformer checkpoints rather than complete standalone FLUX pipelines. The tokenizer, text encoders, VAE, scheduler, and configuration must be loaded from the gated black-forest-labs/FLUX.1-dev base model.

License

These files are modified FLUX.1-dev derivatives. The included FLUX.1-dev Non-Commercial License applies. Use and redistribution are limited to the terms of that license. This repository is not endorsed by Black Forest Labs.
